The basic problem is that the machine wouldn't stitch for more than a couple inches without shredding. I spent hours on the phone with the dealer trying to fix the problem, tried different threads, needles, etc and nothing seemed to work. I'm so sad it didn't work out with the machine because it seems like it would have been great to have. I have a Viking/Husqvarna Mega Quilter now and love it. It's not on a frame but I can easily do queen sized quilts on it and that's what matters in the end. This is what I emailed to another person asking about my issues with the Voyager.
