Pirate Post

Posted on by in Kids

While your usual author is away taking an allergy-ridden child to the pediatrician — for the second time today, following Liam’s earlier visit, following which he is currently deeply medicated and slumbering — we (blog pirate aka “Sean” aka “Dad”) have staged a temporary coup and are posting in her absence so that we may bring you coverage of an amusing anecdote from said four-year-old allergy-ridden child on the way out the door to the doctor.

Dad: “Be good at the doctor, okay?  Listen to Mommy.”

Maeve (vaguely shocked and bewildered): “Listen to WHO?!?”

We now return you to your regularly scheduled blog.  Aaaaaarr!

Wow! Your Jane quilt is beautiful. I’ve been toying w/ the idea of making (well, starting) one but am intimidated, way intimidated. And, I have no idea what color I would do it in. I was thinking black and white and a third color….or, heck, I don’t know. Anyway, well done!
