Monkey and the Moon Quilt Pattern

No. 021 — Monkey and the Moon Quilt Pattern

This comfy sock monkey is drifting off to sleep beneath the stars, moon, and a warm quilt. Wouldn’t it be nice to do the same?

Finished quilt measures 40 x 50 inches (102 x 127 cm). Fabric on the cover is mostly Goodnight Monkey by Erin Michael for Moda Fabrics but any marbles, solids or small prints can be used.

Maeve’s eyes lit up when she saw this quilt and then asked if it was for her.  I had to break it to her that it wasn’t.  I’ve never seen her face go from that happy to that sad so quickly.

The pattern is written so you can customize the monkey’s quilt colors, shorts color, etc.

Fun stuff in the pixelated world of me. 🙂

This is really great! Very creative and different from anything out there. I wish you luck in Houston, so glad to hear you are going. Not that I am in the business or anything but I have followed your blog for a long time and always wondered if you brought your talent to quilt market. Maybe someday I will go, it sounds so exciting! Good luck, I am sure you will sell lots of patterns!

I just found this quilt, on your web site. I love it !!!! I’ve, found all the prints except for the dark blue, with white stars. I can’t seem to locate that piece. Any ideas where I could get 1/3 yd. I’m so excited to start piecing it. Let me know if you have any ideas where I could locate this piece. Thanks so much!!!! Ksristy
