I got home from tonight’s Triangle Modern Quilt Meeting to see that I had hit 1000 sales on Etsy.
How about a giveaway to celebrate? Five patterns — one each to five different people. Leave a comment and let me know which pattern is your favorite (I’m just curious
). And if you were at tonight’s meeting you got a sneak peak at the new patterns…
Have your entries in by Sunday, April 18th at my bedtime. I’ll pick the winners by random on Monday (4/19).

“The Brother” from Super Mario is my favorite pattern for the sole fact that my booyfriend LOVES it and I’m dying to make it for him for his birthday. I made one patchwork quilt when I was 16, but I had the help (ok, they did most of it0 of my Grandma & Great Grandma, so it would be quite the undetaking, but I’m totally up for it!

My favorite is Walking on Broken Glass. I love how it’s geometric but soft at the same time. I made a beautiful quilt with the pattern, using 3 Sisters’ christmas “glace” fabric by moda. I donated the finished quilt to a homeless shelter for their gala and silent auction last fall. It sold for $250! I then ordered more glace to make the quilt again for myself!
-
I am in LOVE with the scrappy circles pattern, I really have wanted to try one but am intimidated.
