Scott Hansen/Blue Nickel Studios organized this little shin-dig full of Nel Whatmore’s upcoming Free Spirit collection, Sleeping Beauty, and Kaffe Fasset Wovens.
I think I picked the windiest day ever to get pictures (I looked at the weather later in the day and it turns out there was some kind of small boating advisory because of the wind). I was trying to be all clever and take a pictures of ‘hills & valleys’ with the actual hills and valleys of the Olympics in the background.
Take #1: Yeah, that didn’t work.
Take #2: Progress? Not really.
Take #3: Just hold it sideways. Perfect.

On the cutting instructions…the last color…didn’t you mean squares using the first dimension (height) and not the length?:)

Beautiful block and love your post. I think there’s a problem with the measurements on the blocks, though. I think Dolores has it right about the last solid green measurements. I’ll try it and see….
